I do not want to send revisit reminders. How do I turn them off?

We understand that revisit reminders might not be the right fit for every business or service. Here's how to easily disable them:

Desktop:

  1. Find the Menu: Locate the main menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
  2. Services & Products: Click on "Services & Products."
  3. Select the Correct Item: Choose the specific service or product where you want to disable revisit reminders.
  4. Edit Settings: You'll be taken to the service/product detail page. Look for a settings section.
  5. Locate Revisitation Reminders: Find the option "Do you want to send service/product reminders?" and select "No."

Mobile/Tablet:

  1. Open the Menu: Tap the menu icon (usually in the top right corner).
  2. Services & Products: Select "Services & Products."
  3. Choose the Item: Tap the service or product you want to modify.
  4. Edit Settings: Access the settings section for that item.
  5. Disable Reminders: Locate the "Do you want to send service/product reminders?" setting and select "No."

Important Notes:

  • Flexibility: You can change this setting at any time for each specific service or product.
  • Targeted Control: This allows you to send revisit reminders for certain offerings while disabling them for others.
