How can I access all my invoices?

You can easily view and download all your ReviewSpike invoices through the Customer Billing Portal. Here's how:

Desktop

  1. Main Menu: Locate the main menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
  2. Billing Section: Click on "Billing," followed by "Invoice & Subscription."
  3. Billing Portal: You'll be taken to the billing portal where you'll find your invoice history.
  4. View and Download: Click on individual invoices to view details or download them as needed.

Mobile/Tablet

  1. Menu: Tap the menu icon (usually located in the top-right corner).
  2. Billing: Select "Billing" and then "Invoice & Subscription."
  3. Access the Portal: You'll be taken to the billing portal to access your invoice history.
  4. Manage Invoices: View and download individual invoices as required.
