Where can I see customer's negative feedback or comment?


Negative feedback, while sometimes difficult to hear, offers incredibly valuable insights for any business. It highlights areas for improvement, helps you understand customer pain points, and gives you the opportunity to turn a negative experience into a positive one. ReviewSpike makes it easy to access this feedback so you can act on it.

Desktop:

  1. Access the Customers List: From your ReviewSpike dashboard, locate the "Customers" section in the left-side menu and select "Customer List."
  2. Find the Customer: Use the search bar or sort options to locate the customer whose feedback you want to see. You can even sort the "Feedback" column to bring negative comments to the top.
  3. Click 'View Details': Click the "View Details" link in the table for the specific customer.
  4. Customer Details Page: On the customer details page, you'll find their comment under the feedback section.

Mobile/Tablet

  1. Find the Menu: Tap the menu icon in the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Follow the Same Path: Tap "Customers" and then "Customer List."
  3. Locate the Customer: Use the search and sorting options, including the "Feedback" column to isolate negative comments.
  4. View Details: Tap "View Details" for the specific customer to access their detailed information.
  5. Customer Details Page: You'll find the customer's comments under the feedback section.

Using Feedback to Improve
