Where can I see all the customers information?

You can easily access all your customer information on the ReviewSpike dashboard. Here's how:

Desktop:

1. Locate the Menu: On the left-hand side of your screen, you'll see the main menu.
2. Navigate to Customers: Click on the "Customers" section, and then select "Customer List."
3. View Customer Table: A table will appear displaying all your customer information, including:
   • Review Link Status (Opened/Not Opened)
   • Latest Visit Date
   • Feedback (Positive/Negative)
   • SMS & Email Subscription Status
   • Link to View Customer Details

Mobile/Tablet

1. Find the Menu: Tap the menu icon in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Follow the Same Path: Tap "Customers" and then "Customer List."
3. Get the Same Information: You'll see the same customer table as described for the desktop version.

Additional Tips:

• Search & Sort: Use the search bar and sorting options to quickly find specific customers or filter your list.
• Customer Details: Click on any customer's name to see their in-depth information."
